About Us

Madonna's journey into healing began in 1970 under the mentorship of her dear friend and instructor, Connie Voutas. She deepened her studies at the East-West Academy of Health Practice, earning her state certification and licensure in 1976. Just a few years later, in 1979, she was invited to bring her knowledge to the classroom, teaching massage therapy at Mount Hood Community College in Oregon.

Throughout her career, Madonna has pursued extensive advanced training in a wide range of healing modalities, including Therapeutic Touch, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Pre- and Post-Natal Massage, Infant and Pediatric Massage, Energy Work, Reiki (Master level), Hypnotherapy, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, and Lymphatic Massage—specializing in post-surgery care.

In 1980, Madonna and her husband, Dr. David Polley, co-founded Fair Oaks Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Fair Oaks, California, where they continue to offer integrated care through massage therapy and chiropractic services. In 1998, she expanded her mission to educate others by opening the Fair Oaks Massage Institute, providing certification programs for aspiring massage therapists as well as wellness classes for the general public.
